Grading

There are several ways in which you will receive a grade in this class.  Here are the different ways you will receive a grade.  First of all, let's make this clear...your teacher does not give a grade, you earn the grade.  If you put all your effort into your work using Good Work Ethics, you will more than likely you will earn high grades.  However, if you do not put any effort into your work, you will earn poor grades.

Word of Advice:  Always start out the school year and the start of a new lesson unit with high grades.

Learning.com keeps track of all your scores from all your lessons.  Your grade is averged out in the following total averages:

4:  90% to 100%

3:  70% to 89%

2:  50% to 69%

1:  49% and below

Grades from Lesson Units (8th Grade Only)

Each Lesson Unit has Lesson Activities and each one will be graded accordingly while still using the 4, 3, 2, 1 scale.

Report Cards

The Trimester grade you earn in this class will be averaged out using all grades above.  The scale to be used will be 4, 3, 2, 1.
